Refunds, Exchanges & Customer Care

At Kim's Crafts, every order means the world to us. Your purchase not only supports our small business, but it also helps us continue caring for animals in need. Because of this, all sales are considered final, and we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizes, or accidental purchases. We kindly ask that you review your order details before completing checkout to avoid any issues.

That said, your satisfaction is our top priority. We value every customer who chooses to shop with us, and we want you to feel confident and supported when ordering from our store.

Damages or Issues with Your Order

We take quality control seriously, and every order is inspected before being shipped out. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving it at support@kimscrafts.org.

When you contact us, please include clear photos or a short video so we can quickly verify the issue. Once reviewed, we'll work with you to resolve the problem by offering either a replacement or a refund. Our goal is to make things right in the rare case something goes wrong.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time before the refund appears on your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at support@kimscrafts.org and we'll be happy to assist you further.

Donations

From time to time, customers generously choose to make a donation in addition to their purchase. Donations are completely voluntary and go directly toward supporting our mission of helping animals. Because these contributions are gifts rather than purchases, they are non-refundable once processed.

Cancellation Fee

All cancellations requested after payment are subject to a $5 processing and transaction fee. This fee helps us cover third-party payment costs and prevent test or fraudulent orders. Once an order has been shipped or entered fulfillment, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
